Cookie Policy
This policy explains which cookies and services we use and for what purposes.
Note: This policy complements our Privacy Policy. It describes the use of cookies and similar technologies under the GDPR and Section 25 TTDSG. Adapt the list of services accordingly. Status: 2025-11-12.
1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
• Cookies are small text files stored on your device.
• Similar technologies include Local Storage, Session Storage, pixels, tags, SDKs or server-side tracking.
• Some technologies are technically required for operation, others serve statistics, convenience or marketing.
2. Legal bases
• Technically necessary cookies/technologies: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR in conjunction with Sec. 25(2) TTDSG.
• All non-essential (e.g., statistics, marketing): only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Sec. 25(1) TTDSG).
3. Consent management
We use [name of consent tool, provider, country] to manage your consents. You can open the “Cookie settings” link in the footer at any time to change or withdraw your consent with effect for the future.
4. Cookie categories
• Strictly necessary: enable core functionality (e.g., site navigation, cart, consent storage).
• Preferences: store user settings (e.g., language, region).
• Statistics: help us understand user behaviour (e.g., reach measurement).
• Marketing: used to track across sites to display relevant advertising.

6. Third-country transfers
Where providers process data outside the EEA (e.g., USA), this takes place based on appropriate safeguards under Art. 44 et seq. GDPR (in particular Standard Contractual Clauses).
7. Management via browser
You can delete cookies in your browser and control/block setting them. If rejected, parts of the website may be usable only to a limited extent. Hints: about:preferences (Firefox), Settings (Chrome/Edge/Safari).
8. Do Not Track
We respect — where technically feasible — the “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” signal sent by your browser. Non-essential technologies will then not be activated.
9. Storage duration
Session cookies are deleted when the browser is closed. Persistent cookies remain until the specified period expires or until you delete them.
10. Changes
We update this policy if technologies, providers or legal requirements change. The current version applies (status: 2025-11-12).
